IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

What we expect from you:

  • Active participation in the smooth operation of the entire IT system landscape
  • Professional support of the customer IT infrastructure
  • Participation in the selection, procurement, installation, provision and documentation of hardware, software and infrastructure components
  • Design, implementation and support of existing and future communication and collaboration solutions
  • Processing 1st & 2nd level support customer enquiries

 

We look forward to this:

  • Completed training or a degree in the field of computer science, IT system administration or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of the administration of Microsoft 365 environments and/or Linux servers
  • Experience with network protocols, routing and firewall management
  • Good understanding of IT security concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge of virtualisation technology (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) is an advantage
  • Team spirit, communication skills and a structured way of working
  • You have independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • Administration of Microsoft 365 environments
  • Linux know-how

 

We look forward to this:

  • A completed vocational training as an IT specialist or system administrator or a comparable qualification
  • You are characterised by application-oriented thinking, careful and independent working methods as well as a strong problem-solving orientation and you enjoy working in a team
  • You have demonstrable experience in the area of Windows / MS Office
  • Ideally experience in IT security, data protection, help desk, etc.
  • You have good knowledge in the area of user support / troubleshooting / cabling and hardware or are willing to quickly acquire the knowledge you still lack
  • Very good knowledge of German
